FAQ
Answers before you ask.
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing is based on volume (how much space it takes in our truck). Single items start around $75. A quarter-truck is typically $199–$299. We give you an exact price before any work begins.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. If you call before noon, we can usually schedule you the same day anywhere in San Diego County.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. We carry general liability and workers' comp on every crew, and we're licensed for demolition work in California.
Do you recycle?
Whenever possible. We separate metal, wood, concrete, cardboard, and electronics to keep material out of landfills.
Can you demolish kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes — interior demolition is one of our specialties. We handle cabinets, tile, flooring, drywall, and haul it all in one trip.
Can you remove hot tubs?
Absolutely. We dismantle in place, protect surrounding surfaces, and haul everything.
Do you handle concrete and pool demolition?
Yes. Driveways, patios, and full pool removals — we bring the right equipment.
How long does a typical demo take?
Most interior demos take 1–2 days. Full residential demolitions can range from 3–7 days depending on size and permits.
What areas do you serve?
All of San Diego County — from San Diego and Chula Vista to Carlsbad, Oceanside, Escondido, and everywhere in between. See our Service Areas page.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit for standard cleanouts. Larger demolition projects may require a small scheduling deposit, applied to your final invoice.
